Absolutely brilliant team. I was in a complicated situation and I was still supported in every way possible. Within two weeks, Edustaff helped me get a job. Special thanks to Isabella and Andrea who have been patient and nothing but postive and helpful through the process. I really appreciate the time and effort that you have put in to help me.

Leanne is great and set me up with a school quickly. However my representative left and I didnt find out for weeks and then the same happened again (!) with a different rep. I was ghosted for weeks! I had a prob with my school and again was ghosted for two weeks. I feel they are pretty unreliable.

When they recruit they respond quickly and help but after you start work they just ignore. I had Matthew not helpful at all. Got paid late, less then I worked. Definitely avoid. Useless agency

I recently was in contact with Edustaff, in particular Nikki Webber. This woman was professional, helpful and just overall a joy to be in contact with. Her advice and experience in the field of knowing what employers look for in terms of being a teaching assistant is what allowed me to enter the interview with barely any nerves as she prepped me well!!.

Shameless place. They sent out my picture and name in the most budget-looking advert I have ever seen, to every school they worked with, without telling me or asking for my consent. It looked like it had been made in Microsoft paint. I only saw it because they even sent to the school I had just left after working there for 5 years, and an old colleague informed me. Not only humiliating, but also jeopardises my chances of finding a permanent job with another school. The advert stated my experience incorrectly too. No attention to detail. Extra special criticism is reserved for their agent Tom OReilly, who posted this advert and then after I insisted he delete all my data and file with them, continued to try to contact me to work with him. I wasnt asked for consent at any time or shown their data protection policy. The operations manager stated all this was a mistake, but it was clearly routine procedure. I reported them for breaching GDPR legislation. To be fair, in 2015 I worked with an agent called Jamie who was attentive and helped me find a specific role I was looking for. That was a while ago now of course.
