Firezza - East Village

Awful experience. Ordered pizza, money was taken from my account but pizza didn't arrive and I didn't receive an order number. When I called the restaurant on the day (numerous times) no one answered. Since then been calling and told manager is not in to deal with the issue, the person wouldn't give me the number of the head office or complaints department. Took down my details and no one has got back to me. Number on the website for head office doesn't work, used their online system which says someone should respond within 24 hours 3 days later I am still waiting for a response. Awful customer service, I've been charged for something I didn't receive and no one is getting back to me. I will never order from here again.

Ordered a pizza for Iftar, phoned to ask very politely if the food could be delivered beforehand, and was told no problem. Food turned up over 40 minutes late, cold, really thin on toppings and badly made. Phoned to complain and was told I would receive a full refund and have been chasing them ever since. No response from store manager, no response from head office, no response on Instagram. Disgusting customer service, terrible, overpriced pizza. I will now make it my personal mission to leave as many 1* reviews as I can.. Do not eat from here. These guys are crooks.

Avoid!! Arrived two hours after ordering, freezing cold, items missing, and no one answered the phone even though we rang 6 times.

Must say once this guys were top notch. Yesterdays experience was terrific. Photos talk by themselves. One of the pizzas was burnt. The order was a total of 4x 14inch pizzas (the squared version). Got only 11inches out of the largest of them. Managed to get a refund though.
