Fix East Village

I came to Fix after an RTA left me suffering serious injuries leading to me losing mobility in my neck and other joint problems. The marvellous Kristina Schraut has treated me since and has given me the best treatment I could have wished for. Not only have I regained a lot of movement back in my neck Kristina has taught me a whole exercise regime which has motivated me to get fit, lose weight and has given me hope for the future. Her professionalism and empathetic and caring attitude to me has provided me not only with physical health benefits but has also helped me to deal with mental health issues related to my accident. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Amy Moffat is a true master in her field. She was able to break up the muscle knots in my back with focus and precision, and most importantly, without pain. I've seen many professionals in London, but few are as effective as Amy. After a sigh of relief, I was smiling on the way home.

My sessions with Amy Moffat are my absolute favourite part of my week. She is an incredible massage therapist but she is an even better pilates teacher! She is insightful and I love how much I am learning about my body every time we work together. I always feel refreshed, relaxed and stronger and even though this clinic is out of the way for me it is still worth the trek. 10000% recommend.
