from the school Miss said to see the Chemist asap as the cut was deep and mentioned my daughter may need stitches or may be glued for her chin (she fell on the floor and cut a lot). When visited the pharmacy one of the gentleman didnot even bother to look at the condition of the cut but just advised to take Savlon and use after 2/3 days. But, if after 3 days we see infection we should take her to the hospital (A&E). He just ignored and avoid dealing with the situation. Why should I wait for the infection? From the school they done what they could do, I believe just a basic first aid? They mentions the cut was deep and may need to look for stitches or glued. If you cant deal with the situation you should leave this place

If I could put a 0 star rating I would, with the experience I had they do NOT deserve any stars! The staff were extremely rude, the lady at the front, her name is Monica, she was extremely rude to both myself and my mother yesterday. I went there to pick up a few prescription medication for my 2 year old. We were the first ones there, 2 other customers came in after us, it was raining outside and my daughter has a very bad cough, one of the men that work here asked me to wait outside with my daughter in the rain !! In response I had told him that I am not taking my sick daughter to wait outside the shop in the rain and that we were the first customers had been in the shop out of all the customers that were in there at the time. He didnt seem to care and said that there were too many people inside and that it was best for us to wait outside. They clearly do not care about their vulnerable customers, they were all very unprofessional, they need to close the store due to their high disrespect towards their customers. Do Not come to this pharmacy!
