Arabian Oud Westfield Stratford City

Bought madawi hair spray after a long search for a good hair perfume, and I'm so happy. The fragrance is both floral and fruity and I can smell musk too. normally oud gives me severe headaches,but this one is not strong and it's gentle on my olfactory senses. Got it on Easter Ramadan offer. Going to buy another bottle soon.

Went in to purchase a few new fragrances, and with the help of the lovely staff I did just that. Nisrine and Lova were great. They knew what fragrances were best, and made my time there very peaceful. I would recommend you check out the store if you are looking for an amazing oud fragrance.

Went in and was completely ignored by the staff, after a while one of the sales assistants offered to help and was called to the till to talk to a colleague at their other branch (the call was on speaker) while I stood by them waiting. Unimpressed as I intended to make a large purchase.

Received very good customer service from Ahmed I bought a perfume on Christmas Eve and had an issue with the nozzle of the perfume it wouldnt spray properly. But all sorted now very happy.

Total waste of my money, bought a fragrance that gives me headache and is unwearable. I tried to get a refund but refused to process with it. Now I spent 210 pounds and have to spend other money to get a fragrance as I can't wear this one... Never again strongly not suggested.
