Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - London - Stratford

Would not recommend this place , brought glasses with add ons worth 230 , including eye test , they are happy to take the money from you when you are paying but when it comes to honoring their 2 years quality guarantee, there's a different unfriendly tone , as if you're begging for something you're not entitled to, the frame sides of my glasses is carbon and plastic stuck together by some sort of adhesive , that has come apart after 6 months , this would be classed as defect due to material and should be replaced free of charge under their guarantee, but instead i was told it can't be repaired because i snapped it , (which isn't true, the adhesive came apart and you can clearly see this on the picture)and I should pay full price and buy a new frame and half way when I was talking, she just walked off to stand in another corner to stare at other frames , even though the store wasn't busy , as she was very reluctant to carry on with the conversation, after she had her say,and this is the manager of the stratford branch, customer satisfaction clearly isnt a priority here after you have paid, due to Linda's behaviour towards her customers, i will no longer be using specsavers and make sure family and friends avoid them too , don't waste your money here, high prices for cheap quality glasses and bad service( picture shows one side that's glued on and other side where the glue came off, its half carbon and half plastic , has not been snapped)
