        It was a crowded day in Stratford but I didn't wait too long for my appointment. The staff was very patient and professionals.I had a very good experience and also discounts applied on my new glasses.

        Strangely I was unable to cancel my order for new glasses having placed it the day before. Instead I was told I had to wait for my glasses to be made before I could cancel it and get a refund even though I was informed it takes two weeks before the order would be finished! Very strange company process!

        Not very happy I got an email about eye test. Not telling me how much is going to cost. When I booked the eye test I was charged 25. Very expensive competing to other places and considering that I am customer for the last 9 years. Poor customer treatment.
