Our child enjoys coming to nursery learning new topics and going on exciting trips outside the nursery.
Our experience about N family is really good. As a parent we have found the staff (educators & management team) particularly friendly, professional and approachable.
It is so pleasant to send our child 3 days a week.
We definitely recommend this place if you search a lovely environment for your child to grow and learn peacefully.
And, just a good mention for the menu : congratulations to the kitchen to make so delicious food everyday!

Positives:
- Really happy staff (they seem to be treated well which rubs off on their energy with the children)
- great curriculum; they try to use every opportunity as a learning point. For example talking about feelings, Spanish lessons.
- Quick replies to messages; if I want to send a quick message to clarify something that our toddler has done that day, I will always get a reply within 30 mins.
- Our toddler really struggled to settle in at first, we worried if we had sent her too early. The first 2 weeks were tough, but since then she very seldom gets upset at drop off and is usually quite excited about going to any staff member from her room to start her day. I think that in itself speaks volumes.
- the family events that are put on; Christmas Party, Halloween Party, etc. They are really well thought out with activities and on the weekend so both parents (and siblings) can attend.
Negatives:
- (if you can call it a negative) the staff are encouraged to expand their training by changing rooms from time to time (so from the baby room to toddler room etc) which is great development for them but selfishly it makes us sad to see them go!
Im so glad a Nursery group like this exists, Im constantly showing off to friends and family about how great it is.
