Very disappointed with the nails I got done here the guy messed up my acrylic nails he put so much think acrylic on I can't even take it off my nail become weak and hurting.dont come here not professional....

I had a gel manicure a week ago and the technician seemed very stressed and rushed the service. Used a drill to remove my previous varnish which really shouldnt have been necessary. The gel started to chip and peel approx 4 days later and Ive now had to have it removed. my nail beds are ruined and the whole experience has cost me over 50. big no from me.

I went here before Xmas and vowed never to go back purely because they obviously speak bad about you in their own language right in front of you. I didn't understand but could tell. I am leaving a review now as several months later the acrylic is Still on my nails like it's cemented! The lady cut me several times and left residue under my nails. Then had the cheek to complain that I was not 'relaxed' enough. I asked for a discount and they all started laughing and talking in their language, mentioning the word discount several times. I had gone there mid Nov, and had gone back recently. Should have left a review in Nov. When I was getting my nails done, I had showed the man what I wanted. I could see the way he looked and showed his Co worker the nails I wanted and she did a smirk. I told him it didn't need to be same but similar. He was kind with the colour as they didn't have the match for it and he took his time. But the experience overall was terrible. During the process he was on the phone for 20-30mins I was annoyed and should have left or asked for another nail artist to do my nails but remained and waited. When he was doing my cuticles it was so painful, I've had my nails done before but the drilling part was never painful and this one was! Although I liked the end part but I wouldn't come here again unless I'm in the area and feel the need to do my nails without bookings.
