Alluring Nails

BE CAREFUL THEY MAKE PRICES UP AS THEY GO ALONG, WORST SERVICE EVER! I usually book with Andy but he was not available for this date, and I needed my nails done for my holiday so I called up to book an appointment. I asked for 2:30pm they asked me to come in at 2. I asked for a male to so my nails as I know they do them best, the lady on the phone booked me in with Micheal, when I arrived on the book they wrote my name but never wrote who was doing my nails. So they were arguing with me and said as Ive booked a pedicure we should let Katie do my pedicure and Micheal will do my hands as he was busy. So I agreed, I have already had a bad experience with Kate before where shes ruined mine and my sister in laws nails in the past but I thought maybe shes learnt. So I let her do my feet instantly she decided to tell me she cant do squared nails when I told her Andy always does, she said well Im not Andy and ended up cutting my nails making them circle. I was already annoyed. So I went to get them painted and she asked me to do my hands and I said Micheal is doing my nails he was sitting next to her and said no! No Im not I said but I booked you he said I dont care I have a booking. So Im sitting getting my toe nails painted while they spoken in their language, laughing and giggling talking loud. I told the receptionist to come over and she was so rude telling me its my fault. I told her how is it my fault if I booked in advance and gave you a name, she said I dont care Katie will do your nails. I said excuse me, I want a male to do my nails and she was talking in her language. Then I said its fine Ill do my nails elsewhere. They then charged me 32 for my pedicure when Andy only charges me 30. So I asked my sister in law to call them the moment I left the salon. And ask for a quote the same as I just had done. They told her 35. Its an absolute joke how they make up prices as they go! I will never give them my money ever again.

Ming is a very skilled nail artist who can create a range of designs, from simple and natural to more creative ones, and is patient and attentive to detail. She is friendly and professional, takes the time to understand what customers want before starting the service. Alluring is amazing! Especially if you get your facials done by Kristine! Not only does she provide the best facials, leaving your skin glowing even after just one session, but she always prioritises your comfort as well. She also does my brows too! She's the one responsible for my glow up haha. I've tried out a bunch of different salons but none of them can beat Alluring. I will never let anyone else touch much skin other than Kristine. You will not find anyone else like her 10000000% reccomend. I would not even think about going anywhere else. You will not be disappointed
