Avoid this shop Risky as their name implies. They will force you to buy from them and promise you a refund if you dont like what you bought, once you come for your refund they will show you their policy of no refund rather only exchange. I went to their Barking store, I asked this lady by the count if their is a changing room she told me they dont have a changing room rather I can make a return if the outfit doesnt fit and I can get my refund. I went to their store today because the outfit doesnt fit me, the First Lady at the court saw my receipt and told me no refund which I never looked at the receipt when I purchased the item. I asked her why dint they show me all this policies before I made my payment, and this very rude black lady came out from no were and told me she will call the security on me. I told her to go ahead and she actually did call the security on me, the other lady told me to come back tomorrow so I can speak to the manger about it, still the black rude lady kept on interfering that they wont give me a refund. I explained to the security what happened and they asked me to come back when the manager is around, I will be back to that store this Saturday to meet their manager and ask he or she why they will force somebody into an agreement they know nothing about. I will keep on writing this same review until they refund me my money. But if they dont refund me my money o will discourage everyone I know not to buy from their shop.

Risky has been in the shopping centre for years but it has changed so much recently. They have some really nice clothing pieces including Levis, True Religion, Adidas, Topshop and Pretty little thing. I took off a star because you can't try things on before buying and as some clothes are samples and shop returns, the size labels have been removed. Exchange only offered. Staff were willing to assist but even they had to guess sizes of unmarked items. Also, with the amount of clothes available, I wish the shop was a little bigger so you can move around the shop more easily.
