        Not sure about the quality of COS clothes anymore, but feel moved to write this in order to praise the professionalism and loveliness of their floor staff, and the young man called Luka (yes, with a k, like Luka Modrich) in particular. He literally couldnt do enough to enhance my shopping experience and he did it with the flair that is born not made. If I still had my boutique, I wouldve poached him on the spot! I have no doubt this young man will go far - not only but also because he persuaded me to buy a few things I didnt even come in for, hahaha! And you know what? He was right: I now need and love them!
