        I want to pay a very big compliment to a member of staff here; her name is Diana. She was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to help us find the shoe for two sons. Not only was she extremely helpful but her attitude was kind and she was an absolute gem. I hope this message can be passed on to her managers so they can see what an asset she is to Schuh Kids if they don't already know. Impeccable customer service!

        Had the most lovely experience buying shoes for my 3 yr old here. Immanuela was our sales assistant and she was so playful and attentive from the beginning. Nothing tops her racing my daughter to the door and back for the ultimate test for fit and comfort. My daughter felt very special and I will definitely be returning.
