    If I could I'd give zero stars My experience with NU Living Swan Housing has been a nightmare. Exchanging the flat was delayed over a year. NU Living Swan failed to be transparent with the buyers about the nature of the delays. It turns out they had used cladding deemed unsafe by government legislation, which needed to be addressed. My apartment was sold to me with internal leaks in the shower pipe, which resulted in my bathroom falling apart. I tried to report it but could never get anyone on the phone as they outsourced all customer calls to an external company for a while for some reason, so you could never actually talk to anyone from the company. At the end of my warranty, they finally reached out to do a check, at which point all the tiles in my bathroom were loose and under the bath were servely moulding. Liability is with NU Living Swan, as I had logged the issue within the warranty. NU Living Swan sent builders around; they half-gutted my bathroom and left it that way. The bathroom has been left in an unsightly state and is still leaking. It has been 12 weeks since they stripped part of my bathroom. I have been calling customer care 2/3 a week for the last 12 weeks and giving the runaround despite my patients. No one is willing to provide reliable information on what is happening. I wouldn't usually air this sort of thing out, but how I have been treated is unacceptable and is still going on, so this is one of the few means of escalations I have been forced to take. In Response to Danielle's reply you will see below this. No appointed has been booked and I can't get a hold of anyone who can actually help me. We are now in week 14. So unless you are going to phone me I suggest that you make no comment on my case.

    If I could give ZERO STAR for this company, I WOULD definitely. For those people who are planning to have their first mortgage and interested on purchasing a property at NU living, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all cost. We have been waiting for nearly 2 years for our house in Beechwood Basildon and still our house is nowhere yet to be finished as of this writing. They have given us multiple completion dates of the house but always ends up being pushed to a later date because of endless reasons. They will say they are working hard to maintain the completion of the houses on their proposed schedule but very few people work consistently everyday to compete the houses when we go and check the site everyday. Hence, endless delays happens AT THE EXPENSE OF LOSING OUR HELP TO BUY because we are near to the HTB deadline. I swear, I will sue this company for its gross incompetence should i lose my HTB. I have been sending numerous emails asking for an update but they seldomly respond. My definition of this company? HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE & INCOMPETENT HOME DEVELOPER.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase from them, they are an awful organisation. Do not get involved with them. They have run out of money on the development, they have no funds to carry out their homes and every 3 weeks give an update that a new update will be provided on an x date. This has been the same since February 2021. Do not go anywhere near this development and hundreds of buyers at Beechwood and Basildon can tell you the same. I will be taking this company to the media. Stay away. They also will delete any comments such as this, inside of addressing any issues. Everyone knows how desperate you are to sell homes so you have funds to complete the ones from years ago

    This organisation is a disgrace and if I could award zero or minus stars I would. Fobbed off for 8 years over outstanding defects. They continually blame failures on service delivery on their contractor Axis who are never held accountable. Issues range from minor defects to major issues such as leaking interiors and dangerously high building temperatures due to a faulty ventilation system that 8 years on remains unfixed.Do not fool for the friendly service you receive during theat initial honeymoon period. They have tried to boost their score by conflating their lousy property management group with their sales and marketing team.
