The White Company

I dont usually write reviews as I dont want a one off experience to judge a company however this was my fourth bad experience at this store and its actually unacceptable! Ive only gone back four times because I really did like their products. EVERY single time I have gone into the store not one member of staff approaches me to ask if I need assistance even when I am hovering around for ages clearly waiting for help. I watch as they approach other customers yet look at me and ignore me. When I do approach them they are extremely unhelpful and have one word answers usually to tell me what I want they dont have without offering an alternative for anything. Im actually fed up of this discrimination and will never shop from The white company again. The whole time I was in the shop today the three staff members chatted to each other. Not only is this detrimental for customer service but also for the company as they are unaware what customers are doing in the store. When my kids have been with me is the worst as the staff members dont approach me yet walk behind me like the kids will mess the shop not that I would allow that to happen anyway. Its just really sad that the staff in this particular store really do not care about customers and to be honest I felt it was either because I had a head scarf on or because of my skin colour as they seemed to approach other customers in my presence. The level of discrimination was extremely visible today! Never again will I be shopping here again!

Dear The White Company, It was my first time visiting this store and I'm so concerned about my treatment there today, that I've decided to make an official complaint about Lisa who served me at the till and the manager who was working alongside her. Absolutely awful customer service from both of them - rude, apathetic and condescending. Possibly the worst that I've ever encountered. Are you reading your negative reviews about poor customer service at this store and are you doing anything about it?
