My request to try on shoes was passed around to 4 different members of staff, all seemed reluctant to help. After waiting for 20 minutes, I reminded staff about my request only to be told the shoes were out of stock. They could have saved me the 20 minute wait by relaying that information at the start. I went across to Footlocker instead and was in and out with new trainers in less than 5 minutes. Staff were great there too!

Awesome place for sporting clothes. One of the best place for all in one clothing stores. There are plenty of collections and that too variety available. Some of the premium brands are there. There are discounts/offers which are given by the store time to time. It is worth utilising the same. I have purchased clothes for my family and they have liked it so far.

Amazing customer service by a girl called Sadia with the blonde hair very helpful showed me all my options and even though couldn't find what I was looking for in store went out her way to help me Oder at the kiosk. Big shout out to Sadia.

Today the lady at the checkout was unwelcoming and gossiped about my appearance to the other employee at the checkout desk. She was wearing a black head band scarf wrapped around her hair.
