I was renting in the Beckton area though the Keatons Stratford office. I had good dealings with everyone throughout my tenancy and in particular Nith Krishnan, the maintenance manager, was very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and get the work carried out. I have rented through other agencies and not had as good an experience with my maintenance requests. And he also helped me retrieve some items that got posted to my old address by mistake.

I cant recommend Keatons (Wanstead & Stratford) enough, Justine Reynolds and the whole team have been fantastic the entire process. Ms Reynolds went above and beyond helping us secure our property in Wanstead, she even stayed late at work to allow us access into the property as we were both working late. She has been kind, friendly and supportive from start to finish!

This agency is unbelievable. I had to try for 3 weeks to view a property, they promised for an email, never followed up. Nobody taking calls. Finally getting through they just said its sold. Then they insisted me to view another property today so I cancelled my work to attend, but they didnt show up and not contactable AT ALL via any phone or email. What an incredible experience. Do you think this is believable? Landlords please avoid.

Rented from Kentons and had Corina as our property manager . She has been very helpful every time we contacted her with any issue we had. We would highly recommend this agency and especially Corina. Luch

Easy to work with, friendly and always help with queries by giving clear and genuine advice. Special shoutout to James who has been excellent to communicate with and always helpful, and also Natalie who has been very kind and helpful.
