        Such wonderful customer service from start to finish from Najma to source my problem with my Swatch. I was looking for repair a specific watch who was a precious gift : she explain me how Swatch care about all customer experiance and had extreme professional approach : high recommended. Najma really care about her job without think about something else back just gived a unique high quality customer service! We need more people as you Najma. The image of her professional give a difference of why choose swatch brand.

        Came here for a quick battery change which was free of charge. Staff were friendly. Shame they didn't have a polish machine for my watch.
