        I visited the store today for the first time as a new comer to the country, the agent seems like doing everything to make the life harder. I wish i know his name to avoid writing a general negative review for the store because i trust other people must be nicer. The guy with long white hair, ponytail, refused to help in issuing a new sim card or to offer me the same options which i was offered in other vodafone branches in London. He denied my right to get another number under the same account, although the agent in Southall bransh confirmed i can do that. He refused to help my wofe getting a sim card although she has her brp and passport. I like vodafone as a brand and their customer support too, bud i had a bad luck in that visit only.
