I visited the Watches of Switzerland branch in Westfield Stratford. I was welcomed by Albertas Muradian, a great guy. Sat down with me, and asked me which watches I was looking for. I told him about my history with Rolex and how Im registered with other boutiques in London for my watches. The watches that I was finding were not easy to source, but after spending 30 minutes with Albert he said you will hear from me soon. I left and on my way back home I was thinking about the way Albert was talking to me about sourcing the watches for me. I brushed aside our discussion and told myself I cant get a watch from Stratford Boutique where I have not even bought a watch to start with. Fast forward 6 months, and I get a call from Albert telling me he has my watch and it has been allocated to me. I was shocked to the core as for the last two years I was waiting for it with other boutiques where I have amazing history but they were not able to get me the watch. Thank you so much, Albert, you are a great guy with enormous knowledge about watches across the spectrum. I appreciate your efforts and the amazing service given to me. I will recommend Albertas to everyone who is looking for a watch in today's market. He is a straightforward guy and will only commit if he can deliver. I wish you all the best and from now onwards you will be my go-to person for all my watches. Thank you. :)

I came into the store a few days ago to purchase a watch for my fianc from Hajar, she was so attentive into what I was looking for. Extremely helpful and patient in finding the perfect watch and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Her energy was phenomenal and so vibrant. I will definitely be coming back to have her assist me.
