I went to the Westfield Stratford store this morning (Saturday 18th March 2023) to collect my order. A young lady called Khadija assisted with my order. I felt warm welcoming. She also helped me to choose blazers for my daughter who is very picky with her clothes, and my daughter really liked it. Khadija, thanks so much for your customer service my lovely, I will continually do shopping from Stratford store.

I've been shopping most of my new additions to my wardrob at this shop since 2022. Service is always very good. Today, Hussain looked after me. His service represents the brand so well. He was attentive, caring, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much for him. This attitude will take him far. I really think he should stay in retail or work for hospitality. A beautiful young talent like this is exactly what these industries in need right now! Thank you Hussain. I loved my new dress, and even more your service! Please never change who you are. :)

This Reiss store could be the worst in London and has some serious issues. The staff, including the manager, are unhelpful and unresponsive to customers. They made us wait at the counter for around 10 minutes, which could be understandable due to staff shortage, but then failed to provide a proper solution to our problem. Instead, they seemed more concerned about a hanger that was with my leather jacket. Their behaviour was inappropriate and many negative reviews of the store mention problems with the staff. Unfortunately, the management seems to be more focused on making profits rather than addressing these issues.
