I visited the store on the 17th Feb. The customer service is really disappointing for the fact that they frown and chose a completely irrelevant shade for a lip liner. There were 2 ladies and both showed the same attitude. If its so difficult for them to help with selecting a product then they might not be working as a sales rep or customer service executive.

I visited the store on Saturday the 8th of March the lady that attended to me was nice however I was sold a faulty product and Ive tried reaching out to the store but they dont pick their calls

I was at the Westfield Stratford Mac and I was impressed with the help I got! Sumaya helped me find a foundation that fitted my skin tone. Just by looking at my skin tone, she picked out two foundations that matched my tone perfectly and she picked two that had different undertone which I thought was really helpful! She was very gentle with me and not pushy at all with buying products! She was so patient when I was looking at different products and she updated me on the current promotions. Very friendly atmosphere in the store and would definitely go back to shop with her again!!
