        Walking in, the till is directly in the middle, which threw me off as I expected it to be on the side or near the back like most stores do. The ear piercing is at the back. The aisles can be hard to get to if there is a cluster of people or if it's half term. I came to pick up the bag and found the service quick and efficient. Thank you, Claires stratford

        Got my 6 month old daughters ears pierced. The lady who was piercing them was great and provided a good service. There was a bit of a queue but it was worth the wait

        Store has relocated to lower ground floor, opposite nearby Barclays Bank and same floor as Boots. Went to purchase a plushie gift. Even though the manager was busy currently with a customer at the til she was friendly and cheerful.
