        Customer service here is terrible. Asked for my size in a shoe, the shoe room staff were not getting back and the person I asked decided to disappear. Had to ask someone else and eventually after 15mins I got to try the shoe. I wasn't the only one, few other people had the same issue.

        Prices are higher than regular sports direct shops. 2 pairs of football boots were 7 more expensive than in Leyton or Stratford shopping centre. No refunds offered either.
