This is the tenth time that I send you, and I want you to return the piece, but to no avail. I want you to return the amount in my account as soon as possible. I felt let down towards you and towards the delivery company, and I feel very disappointed. I hope you speed up the matter. I completed the month and did not receive the order. Is this reasonable? The address you entered is wrong, and I have indicated my new address, but to no avail

We went to London for vacation, we visited this mall and found Carvela! Beautiful store, amazing items and the staff was great! Sana and Caroline were very helpful. Sana made every effort to find what I was looking for, I left very happy with a few beautiful pairs of shoes among other things! Definitely recommend this store and their delightful staff!

Great shopping experience here this morning. Unfortunately ended up returning an item however the staff were very friendly and personable. It's a shame a lot of their shoes are no longer leather but lovely designs.
