Any way I wanted to tell everyone who wants to buy the jewellery from saffron every style same available at SHEIN the prices are much cheaper than here n the quality is good than here. Customer service is very very bad. I went for an exchange of ring the time was 9 o clock. The door was closed. When I said I just need to exchange she opened the door n I didnt not went in store.she gave the ring which I want at the door but with the wrong size.she closed the door again. When i check its wrong size I said to her n he said come any other day. I said I was coming from far please change the size she said she can not open the door now.I came n said thanks to her. When I went yesterday n the other lady at the counter started serving me then she came out n started shouted over me that next time if I come after the door closed she will call the security. But I dont understand one thing I went yesterday around 7:30 m why she was rude with me n why she threatened to me when I was on time n not late. N how she can be so rude with their customers. Its totally unacceptable n can not be encouraged by purchasing things from their shop. the lady at the counter name dahira very rude with me without any reason. She doesnt know how to deal with customers. I was about to purchased some other jewellery but I didnt bought it due to her bad dominating behaviour. She was not apologetic at all. On top of this she was keep saying again n again that she can call the security. Its kind that she was threatening me.I will complain about her. She doesnt respect customers. She cannot be so rude with anyone else. If she need to tell their rules she can say in a nicer way. When they dont respect their customers then customers should not bought things from them.

The customer service was amazing,they really helped me with finding the right jewellery and recommended me what would best fit the occasion which was really helpful.All the accessories were beautiful and delicate would 100% recommend
