Game Changer! I approached therapy with a certain mindset amd outcome. I believed I knew what was going to happen and thought I knew how and what I was going to work on. The therapist assigned to me flipped that on its head (clearly knew what would be better for me). I was set for 6, then a total of 12 sessions. I finished on the 11th. I gotta say, the approach my therapist took with me and team work we had cultivated in our sessions has changed my life. I thought I knew what I wanted and needed... my therapist see what I needed more and absolutely smashed it! As a man I really need to help to smash the stigma around men, emotions and therapy. So I do feel a duty here to recommend it to not just men.. but everyone who feels they may need it. Thank you to newham talking therapy and more to my therapist who see something in me I never. Helped me see the deeper lying issues that I tried to beleive wasn't there. Great experience and I will continue therapy in the future!

I don't know what made someone think it was a perfect idea to commit suicide in front of me but NTT sorted the trauma that I experienced right out for me. My therapist Afsana took the time to listen to me; to understand me; to treat me; and to leave me with the tools to cope with the trauma of witnessing suicide and also helped me to deal with the passing of my aunt. I have changed from a person who has been crying uncontrollably to a man who is trying to cope with and live after awful lifetime events. Though I am still rebuilding and coping it wouldn't be possible if NTT hadn't helped me to restart my life. NTT and its services come with the highest recommendation possible from me.

Had 6 sessions with a lovely lady Ayeesha who was very supportive and non-judgemental. Was truthful and explained that it wouldnt stop my anxiety but the sessions were how to handle it as for me, my anxiety was very constant. Ayeesha taught me some tricks which have definitely helped me and I think it is always nice to have someone to talk to that is non-biased. I was on the waiting list for a little while but I understand this is because of the vast majority of people who are in need of help. I would 10/10 recommend

They send me a letter today stating that they are closing down my request because they haven't heard from me. I have been on a waiting list for past three months and never once heard from them and now they have the audacity to close down my case without even contacting me.
