Browns The Diamond Store

Was shopping and looking around with my 19y old son. Popped in to Browns store unexpectedly and left with Diamond ring for my upcoming birthday. Lovely and efficient service, especially from Jean-Baptiste, experience and atmosphere in general. He went beyond our expectations and definitely extra mile. Enjoyed the complimentary drink and general conversation. Would recommend this place.

We had originally only planned to browse the shop window and were enticed in by seeing a seasonal discount offer. We were looking for a 30th present for a family member with her birthstone, and felt self conscious that we might have been underdressed in our high street trainers and thick non-branded puffy coats for the cold January weather! However, we felt very welcomed and treated well in the store, and had the space to approach a consultant to ask for their assistance when we were ready. Our consultant JB was friendly, professional and very considerate in discreetly stepping away to give us some space and time to discuss the options he'd laid out in front of us as well as take photos of the options. As it was a present, and we weren't sure if the recipient would prefer white or yellow gold, he offered to put a note in the system that we could have a year to exchange the gift for the other metal design which really gave us peace of mind.
