I have used all the storage companies for business use over the years Storebox are by far the best. Pricing is competitive, sites well run and function smoothly and easily from a users perspective -hassle free to load and unload. Most importantly is the way this company views your business. I have been with them for a month. First of all, storebox gave me 3 keys and 1 works. I told them but no one has been bothered to look into my enquiry. Secondly, you have to give 2 weeks notice of when you are leaving. I gave them 3 weeks notice and the person I spoke to did not note it down on my account. So I called up 2 weeks later to tell them i left the key and lock inside. Now i called them 2 weeks after that and I see they only returned half of my money for deposit. My point is, its not my mistake for ny deposit to be reduced. I told them but they dont seem to care all they say is your late over due rent but i told them 3 weeks ago. StoreBox dont work with customers. They just care about the money. I strongly advise you record all voice calls when speaking to the company for proof if anything happens.
