Casey was great, so helpful and even helped me better the fit of my shoes with the insoles which I had no clue about ! she even humoured my mums wishes of getting a pair by letting her try them on even though she knew we were only buying some for me

we have the right to misguide you said by Dr Martens representer. I went here just to ask if there is anything they can do as the salesgirl sold me this pair by misguided me. I just want a size down. SHE: There is no fault in this pair and it is used, we can't give you a new pair. ME: Why did she tell me there is no size 4 in this article? SHE: You've used it, we can't give you replacement. ME: but this is not what I ask. SHE: whatever she said, it was your decision to buy this. ME: it means you are accepting that you're allowed to misguide customers to sell shoes and get your name in the system by selling a number of shoes.

I had bad experience from customer service last Sunday. They didn't have my size of shoes, so I asked politely blonde woman with tattoo to check other stores if they have my size in stock. After waited with my partner 3-5 minutes she even didn't check and never look at us. I though this is simple task and I didn't deserve this kind of service. Sad. Never go again to this store. This is nothing to do against Mr. Martens quality shoes or brand.
