The worst ever shop I visited at Stratford. There was no cashier, I waited 5 minutes with 4 people in front and 2 behind me. When I went to the back of the store and asked about it, I was yelled at by some mad store attendant. Will not be buying shoes at that store ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there on a Friday afternoon after checking if they had my size online, ready to buy without trying them on as I didn't have much time. Was looking for nike junior shoes, I came up to the till, asked the girl there if they had them, she said they don't carry junior ones in this store, to which I replied that it seems strange as on their website it says they do, so she said she'd check for me. Had to wait a while as she decided to bring everyone else's shoes before mine, so I walked around the shop a little bit and saw a full wall dedicated to junior shoes which she said they don't have at all. She brought the shoes after a while, I said I'd take them straight away and then she tried to charge me 40 pounds more than the actual price. I said that's not the price on the website to which she replied that they don't do the same offers as the website the shoes weren't even on sale or anything like that on their website, it was their actual price as it is in every other shop). So I just left and got them in another shop in Westfield. Complete waste of time & still don't know what her problem with me was. I don't usually write reviews for anything but that felt like a very personal issue with me, hope she gets a job she actually enjoys or at least hates a little bit less than this one.

The staff was helpful in getting what we wanted and in giving their own opinion but we had to call them a few times before they responded
