No heat or hot water on the entire floor. Ringley management is indifferent, and said they have no estimate on when the issue will be fixed. This is not the first time. The boiler issues somebody else mentioned are constant. The floors are paper thin, flimsy, and you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs.

Do NOT buy a flat here. The managment company is unreliable. There is an engineering flaw with the boiler. The warranty was not honored. We have been repeatedly left without heat and hot water, sometimes for a week, sometimes for 3 months. They have asked owners to pay 500,000 GBP over the next 10 years to replace the flawed boiler system. This led to sales falling through once mortgage lenders found out. Both lifts malfunction constantly. I had to carry my bike up several floors in a skyscraper. That was fun, after a long day at work.

A really good apartment in london - stratford with amazing views. Close to public transport and amenities. The build is quite new and looks good. I have been to only a single bedroom flat, but the best part is the glass walls all around. Accessibility is awesome. There is limited guest car parking and plenty of free parking space nearby. Easy wheelchair access. There is a 24hr conceirge service. There is also a lawn area to host small events in the 8th floor.
