Pull & Bear

Shop was supposed to be open for more than an hour, but all the fitting rooms were closed. I came here specifically to buy jeans, but I can't do it without trying it on. terrible service.

The rude black security guards on duty this Sunday 30/4/2023had a very bad attitude. Before close the door, he urged me to leave quickly, "come on come on" but there were still a few minutes before closing. There is a feeling of being offended, the store manager should educate him.

I visited Pull and Bear Westfield Stratford yesterday (05/04/23) at 9:50pm. When I arrived at the entrance, I was met by a staff member (white, wearing a white shirt and general trousers, claimed to be the supervisor) who first told me that the store was closed and then later changed what he said when I mentioned that I desperately needed a black jump to attend my grandmothers funeral today (06/04/23). The colleague then stated stated, we close in 1 minute followed by, Hurry up. I was very upset and mortified that a colleague who I had just told something really sensitive to would continue to show no compassion for my situation. Whilst feeling conflicted with what the colleague said, I proceeded to make my upstairs where I was met by another colleague (female with a ponytail, wearing a black smart jacket and trousers) who told me that the store was closed. I explained my circumstance to her and mentioned that one of her colleagues had let in to find a black jumper. The female colleague looked at me with a blank stare and turned away not even offering to show me where the jumpers were. At this point I felt as though nobody really cared and everyone just want to close up and go home. I eventually found the sections where the jumpers were but after a couple of minutes I was met by the first colleague I spoke with downstairs who told me yet again that the store is now closed and went on to say I need you to leave. This male colleague was wearing a white shirt and jean trousers. He ushered myself and my friend down stairs to the main entrance. I honestly didnt think this was right especially if I had just told the colleague something sensitive. I asked for the his name and he refused to give it to me stating that he wasnt obligated too. He then quickly mention that he was the supervisor of the store. Pull and Bear Westfield Stratford has shown me zero compassion. The staff simply didnt seem to care about what I was going through. They simply looked unbothered and wanted everyone out of the store so they could lock and go home. If this is how they treat people especially those with situation such as mine then I will never ever shop at pull and bear again and advise people of this terrible customer service.

Rude security guard told me to "take it elsewhere" when entering. Didn't bother looking in the shop. Won't be going back.
