The only staff member we saw was in the changing rooms. She was quite rude to us when my partner was about to put items on the rack as he didnt want them, we were having a conversation about what we just tried on and she interrupted us telling him to put the clothes down. She seemed to the only staff member working so I imagine that she was probably just stressed out, but honestly the staffing issue was just a let down.
Even at the self checkouts we were having issues with one of them and pressed the call for help button, no one came and then it said that we needed to get staff. We ended up just using another checkout in the end.
