Awful customer service and policies. So I ordered Xbox all access and in the email it says to take your passport or driving licence and you're all set. Yet when you arrive in store, you're told you need proof of address aswell like a bank statement. Maybe they should have put that in the email. When I produce a statement with my address which matches my name on the passport I'm told it's not good enough. This is the reason retail stores are becoming obsolete. I'll cancel and order from Smith's instead

Incredibly rude middle aged beard guy with black cap on counter with nasty words and tone to my son for no reason saying "I don't control your body, mate." (on 29 April 2023 around 6.45pm) Looks like the man was fed up of his job and was passing nasty comments to customers. Spoiled my son's day out. Should be kicked out immediately from job as destroying retail shop image.
