Completely ridiculous situation. Massive shop. Lots of people. One fitting room. Massive queue, around 20 people. The fitting rooms in the children section are empty. Not many children. I was in a rush, wanted to use those and was stopped by a cashier who told me that the fitting rooms are only for children. When I told that there were no children and there were empty she said that now there were none but soon there could be a child coming in. Anyway, and so what? This is completely ridiculous. What possibly harmful can happen to any child sharing the fitting room with an adult? Each one of them has a curtain anyway In the situation when customers queue for half an hour to try something maybe the manager let people use them instead of following some weird rules like some programmed robot without brain. If men and women can use the same fitting rooms why not children? I dont think anyone goes to watch children in Zara fitting rooms

Excellent shopping. However, if you need to return anything, you'll have to line up for a long, long time. I did for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Zara, you need to sort this out!!!
