I purchased a 2 bedroom flat through Highcastle Estates. I am satisfied with their service I received from everyone at the agency. They dealt with my purchase and was excellent in progressing my purchase so that it moved along swiftly. They gave me updates at every stage of the process either by call, text message or email. Very personable and 100% reliable customer service is something very rare but Highcastle Estates certainly delivered this! I would highly recommend them whether you are a buying or renting!

I gave this agency one star just because I wanted to share my nightmare experience with them. I live in a flat managed by this company and I called many times to ask for some maintenance works and not smalls ones, we had a terrible leek that has damaged completely the ceiling and that has affected even the electric system. This flat is not suitable to be rented and is constantly in need of maintenance. I leave one picture to prove how unprofessional and dangerous is this company. A big thank you to the maintenance guys who seams to understand how bad the situation is
