        Pretty poor ...didn't have much selection or staff serving however store is closing down so to be expected.

        Like the shop Lakeland but not the staff. Too salesy and made me feel bad for using a voucher because it was a photo and could quote the number - does not say anywhere in your T&C's that I could not do this. Considering my partner spent more than 100 in this shop , we would have expected better customer service and respect as consumers!

        Just gone into Lakeland at Stratford to buy a remoska spent about 5/6 minutes looking at the two sizes they had two staff about 3 feet away looking at something on mobiles. After searching for a book or something to help us decide, and not finding one we walked out. As we went past them one asked if she could help! Too late. Havent purchased one from there nor shall I Usually very helpful in there. Not today tho.
