I asked for size 11 he gave me a size 10, I ask him questions about the shoes he looks at me and doesn't answer and then turns away

The WORST FOOTLOCKER by far. the customer service here is completely appalling. especially from the Manager of the store who was was beyond arrogant and unhelpful in my case. i had purchased a pair of trainers which i had not even tried on and unfortunately wanted to return due to the show not being comfortable. did not wear them at all. instead of actually assisting, the staff simply ignored the situation and had did not explain clearly to why they were not able to take the trainers back and simply stated they will not return my pair of trainers along with stating that footlocker do not have a customer complaints contact number. the staff literally walked away and did not want to assist. How can a store such as footlocker become such a horrid place to shop. i can assure you this will be the last time and i will happily tell every individual i know to no longer shop at footlocker. You really need to look at the staff you employ. Appalling service.

Zero customer service. They have a two price for one pair of shoes. And then they say if u want u can buy it otherwise leave it here. Where is policy for this kind of stores?

Great customer service which the JD Sports store directly opposite lacks. I will be shopping here for trainers from now on!

I just went to the shop 5:55pm and door was opened picked up the shoe for my son and one of sale women said to me sorry manager said we are closed even they colleagues were serving
