While a vendor was not particularly friendly I left my phone to replace the main screen and to pick it up next day. Job was well done at a decent price. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good quality job, although it is a small shop located in the passage.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a phone ( Excellent condition stated in the app ) last month through Back Market and they gave me a phone with 83% battery health. So I asked for refund and they did it. The next week I bought a different color same model phone and after 2 weeks, I wasnt delivered. When I contacted customer support, they told to fill in a form and in the form it was clearly asked whether I need refund or I need it to get redelivered. So I filled in mentioning to redeliver it because I needed that model for my cousin's birthday !!. After few minutes they have processed my refund !! Are they nuts?? Wasted a whole month for buying a phone and the fun fact is that I need to search for phones again and buy it now after my cousin's birthday is over. Pathetic !! Dont waste you time with back market and these substandard sellers guys !!

Good selection of iPhone models. Bought a used iPhone 11 Pro recently from here, great condition for the price, also came with a screen protector already fitted which was a nice touch.
