Full of rubbish, I applied via website and then received an email saying it's approved conditionally, need to call to Stratford branch, and I did and the lady agents after asking my address, she said unenthusiasticly they won't give the loan.

I applied for an emergency loan, and the application process was smooth, called through to Numa who was very sweet and professional. Sorted an interview out for me which was then dealt with Moj who also was friendly, professional and very considerate towards my situation. It was a very smooth process and the team are lovely! Was greeted and offered water. Normally its not a pleasant experience with certain lenders as they can be annoying or rude. But my experience with this branch and team was very helpful. If I was to ever fall in to a pit again I would surely remember them for aid.
