Laser Clinics UK - Westfield Stratford

At stratford branch the staff has tricked me. Ive been asked to pay for my laser treatment more than double (for half a face) after paying 15 for the whole past year, and only I when I paid they told me they have full face for less price. This is ridiculous! And on top of everything I had to wait for half a hour form my 5 min treatment when I arrived on time!

I attended the clinic for a consultation and first appointment for laser hair removal. The customer assistants and clinicians there were lovely and welcoming. They were kind to explain that our treatments may be delayed but reassured us that they would happen as soon as possible. I was served by Azima who was lovely. She consulted with me prior to the treatment and made sure to go through all the health risks as well as describing the different machines on the market. She checked my knowledge on the procedure and overall was great to have. I wanted to write a special mention for Nasma as she dealt with an extremely difficult patient prior to me receiving my treatment. She handled the patient amazingly even when dealt with rudeness and disrespect after the patient was late for her appointment and arriving after her slot had finished. She offered alternate timeslots, explained why there were fully booked and apologized on behalf of the clinic. In all my years working as a nurse and in the hospitality industry, I can assuredly say she has the best customer service I have ever witnessed. I was extremely impressed and will be returning specifically to the branch as I know I will be met with care, kindness and absolute professionalism. Service: Laser hair removal

Went to this branch for a consultation today and only afterwards did I read the reviews and they all make sense! I arrived for my pre-booked laser hair removal consultation only for "Yas" or "Nas" to interrupt her much more pleasant colleague and condescendingly tell me "you have to book a consultation in advance". Yes, exactly what I had done 4 days prior! This woman has the worst attitude. Unfortunately I was stuck with her for the consultation, during which she made weak attempts to compensate for her initial rudeness by telling me I don't need botox (it was a laser hair removal consultation- go figure). But she couldn't stop herself talking over me multiple times when I was responding to questions she had asked. Again - go figure. BTW Yas or Nas, big difference between asking someone to confirm their eye colour and asking them if their eye colour is real. Repeatedly. The other staff working here seemed friendly and efficient but (shocker), I won't be returning for any treatments.
