Creams Cafe Stratford

Absolute shambles of a place. The worst Creams franchise by far with these europeans who offer little to no service. They need re-training with service and how to display and present food, not just drizzle however you want like a 2-year-old. Rather have frozen dessert from Iceland. Stay well clear from this place!

I went there today at lunchtime. The guys ignored me, though they saw me walk in and was waiting for them to acknowledge me and speak to me. They had their backs turned after and carried on what they were doing. I approached one of the guys, and he told me to have a seat wherever I like. I ordered a cookie dough, and it was not the pan size (as it was when i previously ordered), and they just drizzled the cookie dough with chocolate sauce like a child, no attempt to make it look presentable. I tried to approach them but always had their back turned. Absolutely appalling. Never going back there again.

I'm a trained barista, and a chef, first time I visited today and I am very disappointed with the service and the crepes are not well done. The staff needs more training especially when handling with food. I urge the manager of this company to take this matter seriously. Never again will I go there. Wasted my money.

Really bad customer service. Dirty tables, mistaken order and they didnt even gave us actual cutlery.

Worst customer service ever. Staff just looks like they dont care, milk shake runny like hot chocolate, sundae was just chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Terrible!!!
