My elderly father who has dementia has had problems with his boiler and heating over and over again for the past 2 years. Im at the end of my tether with them after countless phone calls and waiting in for maintenance people it never gets fixed, just for a few weeks here and there. Last week the boiler flooded the kitchen, we waited and waited they came and added parts, this morning again weve come into a kitchen full of water flooding out of the boiler. They dont respond to emails when I complain. They are disgusting. They dont care and yet still put the rent up. After two years of this I am utterly exhausted. I think they need to be exposed for the neglect of my father.

this is the worst company When dealing/Reporting with Repairs, I had been waiting for then to get a boiler repaired at it has taking over 6weeks, they have not accepted a quote. I have hot water since the beginning of December. they Sent everyone new information regarding a new Contract they have with new suppliers, once I called I was made aware that they are not even assigned to my area ( what a complete joke) If I could give no stars then I would.
