Was LIED to regarding repairs to the windows of the property before signing a tenancy. Paint used to cover over cracks that not only let in water, but put myself and other residents at risk. Still waiting for the 2nd stage of complaints dept to acknowledge there is a serious issue. But like all large operators in the housing sector we are inundated with numerous complaints and bare with us. Incompetent seems useful in comparison .

Worst service ever, when you call them no one gets back to you. I put an applications for a property its been over a month no response to wether I got the house or not. The house which I applied for is back on the market for rent. I called them to get an update they just take your details and say someone will give you a call back customer service is terrible.
