        Despite being a loyal keihls customer for some time, I had a terrible experience with their online customer service. I travelled quite far to attend this store and the manager (wish I knew her name!) did absolutely everything she could to help me. She is a credit to Keihls and the only reason I still shop there.

        The one million staff and a security guard for a shop thats smaller than a porta-loo make this place beyond uncomfortable. I accept Im an unsocial grumpy person, but I walk by and want to run away. I know what I want to purchase and cba with stupid advice or conversation and made to feel under pressure and uncomfortable with eyes on me with every beat my heart makes. So I didnt go in and wrote this review instead. Might order online, but probably not. I feel too uncomfortable.
