        Went in for a trim, which they advertised as no more than 1 inch. That's fine! Exactly what I wanted. I literally couldn't believe that they only cut 1 inch from my longest layer. They didn't even touch the majority of my hair, just the longest section underneath. The worst 20 I've ever wasted.
