Ive asked for a straight hair cut. I paid 78 to get my hair cut improperly with a zig zag on my ends. Totally shame on you. Never again

I have been visiting this salon for 5 years and I would not go anywhere else. Having visited a few other Toni and Guy Salons (all great service) but this salon is a cut above the rest. Not only are the products the staff use altered according to customer preference/budget/style, the staff treat you like you are the most important customer they could have. They adapt their approach to each customer and are incredibly comforting. I had Jahmale, Amirah and Warda looking after me and they were so professional, kind and made me feel very welcome. Their expertise with my hair type was incredible and I left feeling like a movie star. Thank you to such a fabulous team-may you carry on spreading your happiness, kindness and just making your customers feel wonderful. A brilliant experience!
