    I don't really know where to begin. I went here for a month in november 2021 with my boyfriend. We attended several classes with different coaches. My boyfriend was new to crossfit so he attended the fundamental classes and I went with him sometimes. They let you pick the 20kg barbells in fundamental classes to teach you snatches. They should advise new people to use PVC or 7kg barbells because if you are new to crossfit you don't know which barbell to use. They don't do streching after the classes and the warm up is a joke (5 minutes only). One of the trainers told us that is not ok to do streching after crossfit. They don't watch new people in classes so you could get an injury so easily, but it's not a problem I guess because they even have a big advertise on the wall for a physiotherapy cabinet, so at least you know where to go after. Gymnastic classes are the ones that are ok, because you don't need weight equipment. The last class that we attended was even the worst one. It was a class with a team wod so I went with my boyfriend and we wanted to do the wod together obviously, but the lady coach told me that I should pick another partner because he is new so he would affect my score, like we were in crossfit games there, not in a class. The wod that day was with some running but you need to ask where should you run because they don't tell you, they expect you to know. It's a shame because if you are new to crossfit you don't know that all of the things I wrote are so wrong and I think boxes like this get people the idea that crossfit is terrible.
