        Majority are rude staff with an aggressive manner who always think they are right, even when they are not. Belittling others when they speak and refuse to hear you out. Lateness and wasting time is an issue here. An overall very unprofessional environment.

        Staff rather rude on arrival and that set the scene for me. Large JCP on 2 floors and lots of security present ; increasingly feels suffocating and like an appointment might be with probation service

        As others have mentioned, while some are polite and helpful the vast majority are not. Appointments cancelled at the last second without any notice. Deduction of payments made without any sort of notice, you are an inconvenience to the staff at best. Shameful
